The Southern Idaho Women's Ministry (a.k.a Thrive Ministries) provides opportunities for women to connect with one another, grow in their relationship with God, and discover their God-given purpose! We are building an environment for women to encourage and support one another, learn and express practical biblical love, and feel God's love in a very real way.
Meet the Director & Team Thrive
LeAnn Sullivan has been the Thrive Ministries Director for the past 10 years. LeAnn has been married to her husband Kent for 42 years and they have been in ministry for over 39 years. Kent served as the Southern Idaho District Youth Director and Ministries Director from 2004 - 2023.
They have two grown children, BreAnna and Josiah. LeAnn and Kent have 5 grandchildren who they adore!
On Team Thrive, we have (from left to right in the picture): Naomi Vines, Ruthie Carlson, LeAnn Sullivan, Karen Reeder, Megan Wright, Starlene Clig, and Kris Johnson (Rebekah Metteer in the center was our Connect Speaker). Each of these ladies have a heart for souls and a desire to serve each of you! I am so grateful to have a group of women who are Armor-Bearers, genuine friends, and who live life to the fullest!

Dream Bold
God is calling us to lift our eyes, strengthen our faith, and believe again.
Life can bring disappointments, delays, and unanswered prayers that cause us to dream a little smaller. But a delayed dream is not necessarily a denied dream. What God planted in your heart still has purpose.
Joshua 1:9 reminds us, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
We don't need to know every detail of what comes next—we simply need the courage to take the next step, knowing God goes with us.
And Ephesians 3:20 reminds us that He is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine.
Maybe this is your season to dream again, trust again, and say YES again.
Lift your eyes. Strengthen your faith. Be courageous. Dream BOLD. Believe again.
Thrive Connect

Thrive Connect is our annual retreat for the women in our Southern Idaho Ministry Network. Women come together to connect with God, each other, and meet new girlfriends!
Our next Thrive Connect is scheduled for Oct. 10-12, 2025 at Trinity Pines in Cascade, ID.
Thrive Missions
Thrive missions is the annual fund raising project of the Southern Idaho Women's Ministry. We have just one mission, and that is to partner with organizations, ministries, and missionaries both locally and globally, so that together we can reach more people for Jesus. There are many ways you can help. You can join us in prayer, give to the project, or serve!

The FireBible Project!
The FireBible project is such a powerful way to make God's Word accessible to people in a way that's meaningful and understandable to them. Translating the Bible into people's heart language can truly change lives, especially when it's paired with study notes to help them understand the context and depth of scripture. The commentaries in the FireBibles also have study notes that equips those who are interested in sharing the Gospel in their homeland and abroad.
